Ya hemos vuelto con la segunda parte del post sobre nuestra experiencia culinaria en Koy Shunka! Después de aperitivos y mariscada, ahí van los entrantes y los platos principales!
Here we come again with the rest of our japanese-tasted experience at reataurant Koy Shunka, BCN. After the starters, here we go with the main dishes :). The former post can be found here.
Estos son unos deliciosos fideos con espardenyes (no, no sé que es, lo admito!) y secreto iberico :)
These are some delicious japanese noodles with espardenyes (a shellfish) and secreto iberico (pork meat).
Y aquí un tataki de bogavante con sesamo, salsa de soja y sal gorda!
And now, get ready for a great lobster tataki, with soy sauce, sesame and salt.
And this is not the end: please welcome 3 or 4 different tuna kinds prepared as sashimi...
... y guisantes en tempura con salmonetes y espuma de limón (muy molecular esto... Ferran Adriá me oyes???).
... and peas tempura with fish and lemon foam (this is really a molecular cooking style, Ferran Adriá can you hear us??) :P
Muy interesantes (y ricas) también estas brochetas de gambas... la derecha está hecha de decenas de mini-gambas! :)

And we also had meat! This is japanese beef with integral rice.
Pues la verdad, aunque cueste creerlo, es que comimos algo mas, pero diría que ya es bastante... os dejamos con el postre, un delicioso tiramisú en versión japonesa, con mascarpone al gusto de té matcha!
Actually, the truth is that we ate more...but better stop here :)
